A month or so ago the processing time at the CSC for K1 Visas (NOA1 to NOA2) was 5 months, then it changed to 5.5 months, then again to 7.5 months (there may have been a 6.5 in there as well but I don't remember for sure). I'm 6+ months now so I'm going to contact my immigration attorney and I want to include all these changes with specific dates on each processing change. Does anyone have these figures?

Thanks, Steve

no one can say for sure when you will get the noa-2.csc center and Vermont has a large work load as a result deferred action DACA,your immigration attorney can't do any thing.

All past processing times as posted by USCIS are here on aila . org

Make sure you read the dates correctly as the date it was posted is not the same as date of 'processing time as of' - this is on the document itself just above the table.

Not sure how much it will actually help you though, I think all we can do is have patience, annoyingly. Good luck
