i meant "whats next and when" ? so many acronyms i don't understand the timelines seem they are all different. on march 25th i received a letter from the national visa center it says that the state departments nvc received a approved i-129f on the behalf of my fiance and within a week the petition will be forwarded to the embassy they gave me a case number and say she will soon receive a package with instructions my question is when ? today is the 13th of April how much longer from your experiences and when do you think il get the package ? is the anything i should do?

Don't wait for any packet of instructions. The instructions always come too late or not at all in the Philippines. You will not receive any forms from the embassy. The instructions only tell you how to make an appointment. You can find all the information and more here. Now that you have your MNL number, you can schedule an appointment online or by phone. I did it online and it was painless. You will print out your confirmation appointment letter when you are done. First, you will need to pay the visa fee at a BPI branch with deposit slip before you can schedule. Just follow the instructions in the link above and you'll be fine. Your case has more than likely already been forwarded to the embassy at this point. You can always call NVC to confirm this. Good luck!
