Hey, there. I am in USA from the mid of December until the mid of May. This is the 5th staying in USA since Dec 2010. We had wedding last week. We have collected enough evidence and all papers are ready to start pending I-130. I am not going to stay in USA until I get CR-1 at the American Embassy in my country, just to avoid wasting of time I wish to start immigration process now. I filled item 14 up requested info if I am currently in USA. My question is:

- how to fill item 22 up correctly if I don't apply AOS but there is a question: "if your relative is not eligible for AOS, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular in". Should I answer this question or not?

I was told I can start immigration process for CR-1 right now but I am not sure how I can fill 21 item up. Any experience or advice is appreciated. Thanks.
