Priority date became current!!! Help!

I am in NYC. I live in New York and I filed my I-485 around 2 years ago based on Siblings Petitions my brother filed 11 years ago. I received my work authorization and when I had an interview and they requested me a waiver since I left the country in the past when shouldn't. Well, I filed the waiver and it was approved. However, my priority date retrogressed. Now, it is just became current and how long will I need to wait to get my Green Card?
