Vermont is currently processing way faster than California so you may get lucky but even 5 months is a long time to wait to be with the one you love. Don't be sorry that you feel this way. We all feel like this regardless of how long we have waited.

Have a look at a Skype subscription. I took one out and call my US fiance on his cell or house phone and it costs me under £5 british pounds per month. It's great. I can call him whenever i feel like it and if he is home he can get to his computer and we chat or if he is out and about it means we still keep intouch when he is busy.

Keep your self occupied as best you can. Start preparing your paperwork for the next stage. Spend time thinking about how things are going to change for you both and how you are going to live your lives once you are together. Although it is a terrible thing to have to wait, you will become resigned to the fact and you will survive the wait.

Good luck on your journey.
