<sigh> this hasn't been easy eh? as someone that has been about 1 month behind you in this entire process, i know how you feel. my AOS case is about the same as yours only i'm awaiting my snailmail RFE - a month or 2 behind you still.

fingers crossed that whoever it is sitting on your file gets a higher chair and can take it out from under their butts and work on it again.

Timeline

I feel your pain man. Your case is one that I pay attention to in the timelines, since it's so similar to ours. We're both from Ontario, met our brides in Cleveland, got married a day apart, filed for AOS a month apart, and were both transferred to CSC. Every time I look and see that your case hasn't been touched I lose a little hope. On a brighter note, my EAD was touched today for the first time since the RFE receipt back in September, so perhaps that's a good sign.
