Hey guys,

I have another question. I recieved the NOA1 about three weeks ago and of course her name was printed on it, but our son was not. We put his name in the appropiate spots on the application, but am concerned about not seeing his name on the NOA1 with my fiance.

Thanks

if it is your biological son, he will not be applying for a visa. if you haven't already, you need to do a CRBA at the Embassy.

also to note, as I recall, a K-2's name does not appear on the NOA1.

Sorry, He is not my biological son. I just call him that. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

We added him to the 129F form on section B #13. But I dont remember if anything else was submitted with stuff for him. Id have to check with our lawyer who is doing it.

Im just getting really nervous and really want this to go smoothly.

Thanks
