My case is as below:

I came to USA on GC in Dec 2008

After 3 months I made reentry permit and left USA for 13 months

Came back to USA in March 2010

My question is that when will I be applicable for Naturalization?

Should I start from zero months towards continuous residency after I came back to USA Or do I have to spend 4 years and 1 more day for the 5 years rule?

Thanks

I believe the 4 years and 1 day rule applies to you.

If you can't change your mind, are you sure you still have one?
