Hey all,

My fiancée and I began assembling our Visa packet back in the beginning of February. We're sending it out either today or the beginning of next week. Some things are dated towards the beginning of February. Will this raise any eyebrows at the NOA level or are the folks really just sifting through to make sure everything is present and accounted for?

Anything that had a date field, really. G325-As, intent letters, cover letter, 1145, I-129F...

As long as you supply all the requested items their should be no issues. I would not submit any stale dated materials / forms and intent letter etc. Don't know what "things are either". Generally garagage in garagabe out on VJ, it pays to be specific, then sort out your answers. See prior Brazil K1 filers and their actions.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
