Is her 2012 taxes enough alone? That would be better for Cairo. I have seen them act stupid like 401 K or houses do not count.

So if she made enough in 2012 then submit those

If she is still borderline then add the 401 K with the acual document that states assets can be used but it must be 5 times the limit.

So, if her income was 10,000 for 2012 she would need 45,000 in cash out value of her 401K (which is about 3% less then what is stated on her forms unless she is retirement age)

Do not be depressed but know that Cairo will take 1-2 months after you submit the documents to release his visa. So I think it is best if you go home for now and know he will follow you soon

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

Her taxes was 28,236 for 4 that's including with Ayman. So 4 is 28,812 right so she was short 576. So we can resubmit her i864 with 401k plus tax transcript 2012
