Why does my status say Administrative Processing when I was approved with no issues at the interview?

I was told at the interview that I've been approved and will receive my visa in 10 days. Well..it hasn't been 10 days, only been 4 so far, but I just checked my status on ceac.state.gov and my status has just changed to Administrative Processing.

There was no issue whatsoever at my interview. I'm wondering what this is about or is this normal?

NOA1: July 18th, 2012

Touched: July 23rd, 2012

No RFE! So Happy :)

NOA2: Jan 25th, 2013 (191 days)

It could be that the AP they mean is the process of making your visa and putting it into the passport. But the only way you would know for sure is if you contact the embassy and ask whats going on.
