I-751/AR-11 Questions

K1 visa holder comes to US, marries her fiancé within 90 days, and files

I-485 in 1/04, and I-485 is adjudicated, and two year green card is issued to LPR on 12/15/04.

Now its time for LPR and her husband to file I-751 to remove conditions.

LPR permanent residence is in Jefferson. LPR starting in 6/2004 has gone to college in Madison, having two temporary apt addresses. LPR has never filed an AR-11. LPR still has permanent home residence in Jefferson.

What should LPR do now:

* Which address does LPR put on I-751, permanent address or college address?

* File one or two AR-11?

Note: Both Jefferson and Madison are in TSC.

I would use permanent residence in Jefferson.

I work at a college, and the college makes a distinction between home residence and temporary housing when considering residency rates.

Besides, there can be strong penalties for not filing an AR-11 with in the 10 days.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

ok, if you use the permanent address in Jefferson,

how do you answer:

Part 3, Question 9,"Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident?"(If yes, attach a list of all).
