You have to fill out a form, attach 3 years of tax information (1 will do 3 recommended) - proof of current income, so pay stubs for new job & maybe a letter from new employer stating your new job, hours worked and salary etc.

Your Dad will have to fill in a seperate form. Attach his tax information, proof of current income etc. etc. along with his proof of citizenship like copy of passport / birth cert and I would recommend a copy of your birth certificate to prove relationship between you (they've already had that but err on side of caution)

I was out of the country for 2 years so i won't have the tax information only from 2009 and 2010. should i attach that only?

I think that you need to go and read the guides......

The 1-864 package is submitted to the NVC after USCIS is finished with your i130 petition - it's an entirely seperate process. Personally I would concentrate on the i130 package at the moment, you will then have months to sort the stuff for NVC while USCIS is processing.

As for the years not in the US - you will need to attach a letter explaining why you didn't need to file. (Not 100% sure on that info.) You may need to file some paperwork with the IRS.

Hi! You need to file the I130 first together with its requirements. For f2a category (you're filing for your husband right?), the waiting period for approval as of now is about 18 months for CSC. Once you got approved, NVC will send you a letter or email for the second stage where you will have to pay the affidavit of support fee and the immigration visa fee. That's when you are going to send your I864 together with the receipts of these fees. God bless to your journey:)

You will also want to include as much evidence of ongoing relationship as possible. phone calls, web chats, photos, ticket stubs, money transfers. I sent a few bits but I'm from a 'low fraud' country.

I do have lots of photos of us together and with our family.
