I checked my case status online typing in Mine ending in 20. I decided to check the case statuses of the numbers on top and on the bottom of me. Example, number ending in 17, 18, 19 then 21, 22, 23. Everyone after my number excluding one other person has gotten a decision! Is the number given in the order of the i129f received?!

When you do this make sure you are looking at the case type of the files around yours. You need to find other I-129F cases to see what is going on with the cases with a similar NOA1 date as yours.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

I have my fingers crossed! I'm going insane from this waiting game.. Do you happen to know when we are allowed to file a service request? I tried calling a week after I hit 5 months and they told me to call back in 2 weeks, I then called the day of 6 months and they told me I'm still in the processing time?!!!!

I found a dozen I129 around my date and they are all stuck as I am.

I hope you get it soon. I saw that you received your NOA1 on July 26, does this mean you can file a service request only when the "July 18" processing time is changed to a date after your NOA1 date? I'm confused about the service request and what's considered "outside of processing time". The impression I had before was anything after 5 months was "outside of processing time" :help:
