Embassy might have lost package 3 for K1 visa

Hi everyone,

My fiance submitted a package to the US Embassy in Tirana, with the DS230 DS156 DS156k DS157 and all other supporting documents in order to get an interview date. We sent the package certified and it was signed for, however the embassy is telling me by Email they have not recieved it. Has anyone else been through this? its been exactly 14 days today since it was singed for. Is it possible they have it there but have not processed or looked at it yet? Or do you think we should resend it?
