With my past experience, VOIP in general is not 100% dedicated to enter Vietnam's internet gateways. Vietnam government controls all the pipelines that carry Internet in-and-out Vietnam. This leads to the unreliability of any company whose VOIP services calls into Vietnam. You may want to try making the calls at the later time. VOIPCheap may have bought the termination-minutes from VNPT or VietTel however, the internet that carries the bandwith for the calls are still limited, that is why your call may not be completed. I doubt it it's the issue with Voidcheap but it is on Vietnam's side. Did you call Landline or Mobile?

Why don't you try to make call to another country... like England?

We are able to use the service and our prepaid credits, but have to use a microphone on our laptop now instead of being able to utilize the direct call feature and have it ring our landline before connecting the call. Everytime we try to use the direct call feature it says there has been an error. Tried contacting customer service as well with ZERO RESPONSE.
