Just wondering how a beneficiary goes about showing that income from his business will continue after he moves to the US on the K1 visa.

I (the beneficiary) have a small business which is registered and which I can continue when I move to the US... Would I just file an I-864 and include my tax return? Also, because I started the business last year, when I file the tax return it will be less than 1 year since operation.. Will I be able to annualize the revenue? I don't think I will beat the poverty guidelines by tax time, but on an annualized basis I think I will.

Are there any problems with a beneficiary including their small business in the application?

Regards
