How to make a continuation sheet

I need continuation sheets for my I130 and G325a. I'm wondering how much I should write on the actual form and how much to write on the continuation sheet. On my G325a for the "Applicant's Residence Last 5 years" I don't have enough room to write the addresses, but I do have enough room to write city, province/state, country, etc. So on my G325a I wrote "see continuation sheet" under address, then filled out the information under city, state, country, etc. Then on my continuation sheet I wrote out and filled out the entire chart.

My question is should I leave the entire chart blank on my G325a just saying "see continuation sheet" and write the whole chart on my continuation sheet? Or should I fill in what I can on the G325a?

I'm trying so hard to avoid RFE since mail system here sucks and I highly doubt I would ever receive any notification in the mail.

As someone who worked as a secretary and document specialist for many years, I think I have a good instinct for how people look at paperwork. I think you did it the right way. If you put some information on the form and some on the sheet, there is more possibility for thinking you included incomplete or contradictory information. But you wrote "SEE CONTINUATION SHEET" and put all the information on the continuation sheet. That's crystal clear. I would go with that.
