Hi all,

I have 2 questions about the i-130 form that I am slightly confused about and I really don't want to put in any incorrect information, so your help would be greatly appreciated! I am applying for my dad who is currently living in Zambia, and would like some clarification on two questions in particular.

For question 15 in section C, is the form referring to the current employer in the foreign country my dad is living in? Or does it only apply if he was currently working here in the US?

For question 17 in section C, it asks to list the husband/wife and all children of my relative (which would be my dad). This is the question that I need the most help with. My dad is currently in his third marriage. He had me and my brother in his first marriage. I am now 25 and my brother is 24. In his second marriage, he had another daughter who is now 4. So basically, would I be listing me, my brother, my step-sister and his current wife for question 17? The reason I ask is because my brother and I are over 21 and we are not classified as "children" anymore, so I just wanted to make sure I get it right. Thanks for reading!

His current employment. As in "present employment" he has in Zambia.

Yes, list all children he has, you, your brother, & half sister. Whether you & your brother are over 21 y/o it doesn't change the fact that you two are HIS Children. List down who is his CURRENT wife.

Thanks for your quick and clear response. It helped out a lot, appreciate it.
