GOD'S BLESSINGS ON ALL !!! WELL, IT'S BEEN AWHILE AND THINGS SEEM TO BE ABOUT THE SAME BETWEEN SHELY AND MYSELF. SHELY IS A FILIPINA FROM, YEP, THE PHILIPPINES AND WE WERE MARRIED ONE YEAR AGO ON NOV. O9, 2006. THE RELATIONSHIP HASN'T WORKED OUT BUT WE ARE STILL MARRIED AND SHELY STILL LIVES WITH ME. I'M STILL HOLDING ONTO MY FAITH THAT JESUS SAYS THIS IS THE ONE FOR ME BUT I HAVE SET A DATE THAT IF SHELY DOESN'T HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART THEN IT'LL BE DIVORCE TIME. BUT THAT ISN'T TO SAY I WOULDN'T MARRY HER AGAIN IF HER HEART CHANGED. PRAY FOR US AS WE PRAY FOR YOU.

NOW THAT YOU'RE CAUGHT UP, HERE'S MY QUESTION. SHELY WANTS TO GO HOME FOR A MONTH TO VISIT WITH HER FAMILY SO SO BAD. IF WE GET DIVORCED AND SHELY GOES HOME WILL SHE BE ABLE TO RETURN TO USA? OH, SHELY HAS A JOB AND HAS HER TEMPORARY GREEN CARD ALREADY. DOES SHE HAVE TO WAIT FOR HER PERMANENT GREEN CARD TO GO BACK HOME EVEN IF SHE'S DIVORCED? AND IF WE DON'T GET DIVORCED CAN SHE GO HOME AND RETURN WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS? HMMMMMMMMMMM!

YOU GUYS HAVE ALWAYS COME THRU FOR ME IN THE PAST AND I'M SURE YOU'LL THE SAME AGAIN. FUNNY HOW LIFE WORKS OUT SOMETIMES. WE SEEM TO BUMP INTO OBSTACLES THAT WE HAD NO IDEA WERE THERE. I STILL SAY LIFE IS GREAT AND GOD IS AWESOME. NEVER LOSE HOPE AND ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH.

She can go home for a visit and return to the US. If you two divorce, she may have difficulty removing conditions when the 2 year card expires tho. I guess that depends on the reason for the divorce, and is really up to the adjudicating officer when she goes for an interview.

I'm sorry its not working out. But don't give up yet. I was ready to pack up and leave too because it had been over a year since I was able to get home to see my family and friends. That's just too long and I was getting so homesick I couldn't stand it. After my visit tho I felt better and I came back to the States.
