Glad to hear your approved petition is already out of USCIS and NVC. If your SO changes address, he/she has to notify USCIS immediately. I think it is within 10 days. I have a lawyer and was going to go through the same situation, and she told me to wait IF could until my application is out of the USA. I assume it is because it will delay processing. Since your petition is already on its way to Manila (you have wrong date for petition leaving the NVC, 11/17/06 is not here yet), I would just submit the change of address. Better safe than sorry! Go to USCIS.gov for info on changing address.

Just wanted to correct something. Before I said, "If your SO changes address, he/she has to notify USCIS immediately. I think it is within 10 days." IF you or your significant other changes address, then the USCIS must be notified.

Good Luck

I think I was late filing for AOS:

07/27/07: Mailed AOS papers to Chicago mailbox.

08/02/07: AOS papers received in Chicago.
