Hi All,

Im about ready to submit everything to USCIS. Just wondering about the passport copies.

Does it have to be in color? Another thing, what pages do I have to copy? I have many stamps in my passport, do I have to copy them all? Thanks

I sent it in color, but for some reason the post office tried to tell me it was illegal to get colored photocopies of your passport? I did it anyway and it was fine. You only need the bio page to prove citizenship, but if you want to copy the other pages maybe to show evidence of relationship (i.e. trips you've made to visit your spouse), that would work, too.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.
