No, it means you signed up for email alerts in a faulty system. Wait until you get the RFE on the mail. There will be only one. Turn off the email alerts. They are useless except to increase stress levels

Usually within a week you should get it. So I would be already checking the mail.

1-2 weeks usually.

The good thing about email alerts is they really do not tell you anything but you get to stress over it for a couple weeks.

Turn them off and check your mailbox.
