I just want to make sure I have everything in my packet that should be there before I mail it out next week. Plus if I'm missing anything or should add more, I'd like to be able to put all that together.

Needed for Visa application:

1. Payment- $340 check or money order

2. Cover letter- table of contents, what you are applying for (I129F)

3. Form I-129F- Petition for Alien Fiance

---> declaration of how you met in person in last two years. Single typed page, signed and dated.

4. Letter of intent from both Petitioner (Shannon) and Beneficiary (Daryl)

5. Proof of having met in last two years

6. G-325A for Shannon (biographical info) signed and dated

--->Passport style photo. Full name on back, place in a plastic bag and attach to corresponding form

7. G-325A for Daryl, signed and dated

--->Passport style photo. Full name on back, place in a plastic bag and attach to corresponding form

8. From Shannon to establish citizenship

--->Copy of birth certificate

OR

Copy of passport pages

9. Proof of Ongoing relationship

--->Color photos showing you both together. Write names, date and location on the back of each photo. Place photos in a plastic bag and attach to a sheet of paper.

---> Secondary items: Copies of letters, emails, skype logs, etc.

10. E-Notification form. Attach a completed G-1145 form, USCIS will send email or text alerts when application is received.

*** For proof of having met in last 2 years: I can copy the pages of our passports, hopefully the stamps will show up. Some of the stamps in mine are quite light so I'm not sure if that will be a problem or not. Do the copies have to be color or B&W?

For including airline passes, can they be copies of the receipts or online boarding passes? We have all our flight itineraries saved in our emails but am not sure we have our actual boarding passes anymore, there have just been so many trips by now. Are the emails enough since they contain receipts, itineraries and such from the airlines?

*** For proof of ongoing relationship: Not sure what to do here besides pictures. We have lots together, some of him with me here, some of me with him in London, us with various family members, our engagement portraits. I have some skype logs that show 2 hour calls everyday. He has sent me letters and cards for various holidays, could I just make a copy of the envelope since it has our names and a postmarked date. What else should I include as evidence of ongoing relationship?

Is there anything I'm missing or anything else that could help me at all, maybe I'm not thinking of everything that could be useful.

I believe pictures prove that you two met in the last 2 years. You dont need to send proof of ongoing relationship as that is required for the interview stage. we didnt include any proof of ongoing relationship, only that we met in the last 2 years(pictures, passport stamps and boarding passes).

the g-1145 form we put it in front of the whole package so that can see it and sent the email notification. and we did get the email ;)

Everything looks good :)

good luck!

That pretty much wraps up a complete package there. As already mentioned, put the electronic notification form as the very first page so as it is seen and used so you can get the emails/texts.

Make sure everything is completed correctly, signed and dated appropriately, double and triple check. Go over everything with a fine toothed comb as they say. You'll be doing yourself a favour, no one wants their process being delayed due to silly overlooked mistakes.

It's also recommended sending the package with a tracking number or signature required, so as you can keep track of when it arrives at its destination.

All the best for the future!
