Hi I am going to file for my fiance's visa next month. I have just a few questions if you anyone can help me out. My fiance & I have known each other for 2 years and over the course of relationship we talk on skype & text each other day & night.I have visited him twice so we have like about 200+ photos together.

Anyways if I send in about 35 photos for evidence that we met in person is that enough? How many photos do you actually need to send? Second question is I am providing 2 years worth of skype conversations, text messages & phone bills until now. Would that be enough to show our ongoing relationship? Third question is I have been working full time for about a while now and make about $30000 a year. I do not have too much savings in my bank account as I am paying off student loans. I have about $800 something in savings in my bank account. Do you think I would have a problem with affidavit of support? I can prove that I have a full time job.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Your first step is simply to prove you have met within the past two years. This should be with passport stamps, boarding passes, etc. Pictures can help. Depending on your consulate you may want to front load your petition with pictures. Don't overwhelm them with all the print outs, pick a selection over the years to show your communication. Assuming that you do not have any dependents then $30000 should be more then sufficient for the affidavit, but you don't need to worry about that at the moment.

Hi welcome to the journey. 35 is a bit too much and they might be overloaded with the pictures. For now keep it to 10-15 pics and the skype and text should be fine for even a year is good. Keep all these things when your fiance goes for his interview. Then all this is good evidence. As per the money, 30K should be enough for just your fiance, depending on any kids you might have, that goes up. From the looks of it, you should be in good shape. Good Luck and please do your timeline and use the guides to help you. That's what we did.

THANK YOU so much for your advice. I am just starting to file and get everything ready for the petition for next month so I want to make sure I do this without getting the RFE. :)
