Looking at the timelines here, in the past week TSC has gotten 12 NOA1's while CSC has got maybe 1 (date is messed up). Could this be the start of a change for where files are being sent? Like I-130's going to local field offices. Or is it just some crazy random thing happening? Would be nice for CSC to get some relief and work on the huge backlog they now have.

Yes, I know. I'm over analyzing the timelines. It's a curse of my engineering mind. :bonk:

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

No, TSC is not approving I-129F. It means that The VJ members didnt update their timeline to the right Service Center. Only VSC and CSC are processing K1 petitions. In the past TSC was approving K1 petitions, but ever since they stop doing that, nobody updated it here on VJ.
