Now the hard part is over and the visa's have been issued I need to file for one of her daughters. The ex husband called her and said that the oldest daughter can now come to the United States.

Question: when I do the paperwork do I state she is accompaning her mother now. How does that work. When my better half had the interview last week we had marked her as following because she did not have his permission and now she does.

He has agreed to sign a release letter and I am wondering if anyone has an example of a release we can look at. She is 17 so I presume we still need the release letter.

I also know we need the DS156 (2), DS157 (2), DS230 (Part1), CENOMAR, I-134 and supporting documents and she also needs a medical. Did I miss anything else.

I would like her to travel with us in April.

I appreciate any help in this matter......
