Hi guys I'm having trouble on my I-864EZ form... I was a student with no income in 2010. I landed a job right after i graduated in January 2011 so I have filed income tax for 2011 and 2012. Is it alright to put year 2010 as 0 income and attach my parent's 1040 since I was a dependent? Or should I file I-864 and have my parents as co-sponsor?

Thank you

You should be OK with that. Really it's only essential to have the last year's income be good enough. The other two years are supporting documentation. I think you will be fine with the documents you mention, provided you make enough money. It would be good to enclose a letter stating specifically that you were not required to file in 2010 as you had 0 income.
