Hello VJ members I hope every one is having a great weekend. I have a question that my fiancée and I are confused about. As what all needs to be sent in to the embassy along with the forms - ds 156 and 156k, 230, 157 my question now is whether i need to mail the pol. clearnce, nbi and cert of no marriage together with the forms

or just the forms? Also do I the petitioner need to get a cert. of no marriage and 2013 tax return?

1. Do not send anything to the embassy. Your fiancee needs to bring the required documents on her interview appointment.

2. No need for Certificate of No marriage from the petitioner.

3. 2011 tax return is ok if interview is before April 15. Make sure she has the 1040 and W2.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for the reply. Just want to make sure we have all the forms and required documents they are requesting. Now we are just waiting on her NBI clearance from the philippines.
