Well looks like all the posts i read here about getting the text and email that your alien number has been changed are WRONG According tier 2 it doesn't mean your file has been approved nor does it mean you will get your NOA2 accord to them(i talked to 2 of them) it means absolutely nothing cause it has been over a week and still nothing I was really looking forward to spending her birthday here together but according to tier 2 agent it will be 5 to 9 months for processing! I am starting to feel like i need to go there to be with her.

Hi, this process is unfortunately a long one, but some people just get lucky and get the approvals in a couple of months, though this is definitely not the norm. We filed in July and still haven't received our NOA2. Hang in there
