Poll is applicable to LPR who got their residence through CR-1 (Marriage to USC) and had to file for ROC to get 10-year GC. Seems like some people meet the 3-year residence requirement for the Citizenship while waiting for ROC approval, curious how many didnt wait for the approval before applying for N-400.

We must have been unlucky, see the ratio of those receiving their ten year cards is 4:1. Ours was shifted between various service centers and that I-751 got lost in the process. Not only did that one year extension expire, also had to make a trip, 450 miles worth to get I-551 stamps in our foreign current passports.

Key reason for us applying for US citizenship at the earliest possible date.

Oh, since a year went by, when they finally found our "misplaced" application, we had to send in updated information. That same exact evidence was also included in out N-400 application.
