Hi All

Please help me in this situtation.

My fiancee (USC) applied for me in 2007 and i got denied a fiancee visa in 2008 under 212 a 5 a for not a bonafide relationship.

Then she got letter from USCIS that our petetion has expired from CSC..

She got pressure from her parents to marry in USA (arrange marriage are common in indian culture) and in 2009 we broke up and she had no contact with me since then..

My parents are also USC. They applied for me I 130 for unmarried son.

Now my visa interview is coming for IV in march 2013.

Do you think they will pick up on my past fiancee visa and deny me on that basis...

i am really scared and i have a really bad experience in new delhi embassy.

Please advise is there any waiver needed even though in my fiancee visa case they stated 212 a 5 a no waiver.

Please advise.

Thank you
