It shows as Post Decision? Doesn't it say anything else? I couldn't look at my cases until they were actually approved and it said Post Decision but under it was a note saying that the petitions had each been approved.

It shows as Post Decision? Doesn't it say anything else? I couldn't look at my cases until they were actually approved and it said Post Decision but under it was a note saying that the petitions had each been approved.

It says:

"On February 7, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations."

It actually JUST started saying this. Even this morning it said something much more vague.

OK well I'm not going to pretend to know what this means but to me it sounds like you have an answer coming VERY soon. Hopefully someone else can shed some light on this with more clarity.

Just got my NOA2 in the mail this morning!!! Was dated Feb. 5, so I guess my I-130 technically only took 36 days. But for whatever reason, it took 2 weeks to get to us by mail, and I got no text message, email, or update on the USCIS website updated with this information. So if you are counting the amount of days it took from when they gave NOA1 to when I got the NOA2 in the mail today, it was 50 days.

Over the moon!!! And this is only the first stage of approval, which is the easiest. Oh, dear ;)!

Not really related but when we sent off our AOS via USPS return receipt we got our NOAs but never got the return receipt in the mail. Someone is probably just forgetting to cross their T's and dot their I's. Glad to hear you got it without trouble and congratulations!
