...at my place of work.

It was an exciting day for me to say the least.

First these guys showed up...State Police to block off the street, and

you see that chick standing at the corner wearing what looks to be quite a

wrinkled trench coat? She's just one of many Secret Service that were

crawling all over the place. Looks like a mean b!tch, doesn't she?

I was risking my job taking these pics not to mention maybe my life if one of the agents mistook my aiming my camera for something else, so that's why they aren't great quality...lol. Had the camera in my pocket, waited for an opening, snapped the pic quick-like and put the camera right back in my pocket...lol.

As I said the place was crawling with agents. In the front of the Inn...

And surrounding the First Lady's limo when she left. This was the closest I

was able to get to her during her 3 1/2 hour stay/luncheon at The Inn.

See in the left side window, a bit of a pink suit? That's her.

I did get to see her when she entered the inn tho, I was upstairs on

the 2nd floor landing and I saw her walk in with some of her friends

by her side as she was greeted by the owners. Her 60th birthday was on the 4th and she and 25 or so of

her friends were there to have lunch and celebrate her birthday.

Under the circumstances (election results)....seemed a bad day for her

to celebrate huh?

And ya know what? My boss chose ME to get room 9 ready for our very important lady!!! We had a room available to her to freshen up and/or make phone calls etc and I cleaned the john that she would be sitting on and I dusted and tidied the desk she sat at to make a phone call!! Maybe to the hubby?!
