at that point in the process youd prob just be waiting for your interview if anything.

its much less likely imo that youd look like you were intending to stay.

why spend that much money and get that far in the process just to jump ship?

that would make no sense lol

i just realized im replying to the wrong post but you get my point.

Yes, that's what I think. As I've been saying... it's just a timing issue. I fully intend on coming back to complete the process, but I also really need to be there for my young daughter. I can't see how any border officer will deny that.

i totally understand timing.

like i said. the thing w my sister.

i reaaaalllly dont want to go down there and come back for an interview that could be two weeks later.
