Hi all,

I've been looking through this forum and the wealth of knowledge here is incredible. But I cannot find a thread specific to my situation, and I apologize in advance if this has been discussed in detail before.

My Canadian wife has been living with me in Michigan for several months. She is in the country since August 2012 on TN Status, and is currently employed at a local university. We have begun the process of adjusting her status to permanent resident (gathering data, filling out forms, etc). We would prefer not spending thousands for an attorney to do something we can do ourselves, but our situation is a little tricky and I want to make sure we have all our bases covered.

Her TN status expires in August 2013. We are applying for an adjustment to her status, but she must be able to work during the and after the process is complete. To sum up, below are the forms we have compiled so far:

I-485

I-130

I-864

G-325A (one for her and one for me)

I-693

Is there any form that we are missing? We may or may not need to complete an authorization to work form (the fact that she has TN status may allow us to skip this step?) I know that she has to complete her biometrics after the fact. Also, exactly what order should everything be submitted in? Can we simply send in the whole package at once?

Any insight you guys and gals can offer is appreciated. Thanks!
