Timeline

It seems he has not been interviewed, she has yet to receive the NOA2 according to her timeline but she was called in by USCIS to be informed that her petition for his visa was denied due to previous visa fraud in 2010. The 221g he got in 2010 is what she needs to see to get clarification and I hope she listed that previous petition on her petition. She knew about the petition and denial in 2010 what is not clear is if she knew he was tagged for visa fraud.

True enough... it is a possibility. It just seemed to me more like the beneficiary was writing as the petitioner or on behalf of the petitioner. The profile itself is listed as a Male age 28.

i just wanna know what to do or what well happens because the officer she did not denied my petition yet.she say she well send me by mail a notice of deny and she keep all my paper with here

what would you advice me because my husband he never been in trouble with low or anything like that,he just went to his previous interview he did not answer right and the officer she give him worksheet 221 g and she told him im sory i can't issue visa because you found ineligible and we need more information.

The problem is the fiance visa was left open without closure with another USC, they need to know what happened with that case . Just reading about it myself brings a red flag, so you need to explain to them in detail if you are given the chance about what happened to the past fiance.
