Hello all. The I-129F petition that I place back in March made it through p1 and p2, and was sent to China in April. And, April 13th is the last word I've gotten. For some reason, our petition was held in China for four months and was finally sent back to the US in August.

I am aware that many people (maybe all) have already received their RFE's. Well, I haven't even received an update since April 13th!!!

Please, please, please somebody help me. Tell me about routes I can take. Give me any information you can about how I can find out what is going on with our case and why I have not received any contact from our government since April. Eventhough it was going so smoothly before the IMBRA act.

Sounds like it is time to get your US Senator's office involved to make an inquiry.
