Greetings! I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but it looked appropriate so here goes. Right now I'm unemployed, and going to be starting a new job in 2 months. At this time, I hope to start the Fiance Visa process in 2015. Now if one or two of my previous 3 tax records don't meet requirements for the Poverty Guidelines, what happens?

I'll be 26 by the time I file and my Fiance will be 22. Will the Embassies look down upon this and want us to be older?

*Edit*

Posted in the wrong one! Could a mod move it for me?

They do not care about your age as long as your old enough to marry. You only absolutely need to have one year of making enough money, the previous two are just supplements.
