Last touch was nothing

I had a touch on 10/30 and was excited to late figure out what it was.

I sent an email to CSC which was automatically responded as "we no longer receive emails from the general public". (I didn't know they did this).

I found in my email when I got that, and it was 10/30 so although most touches seem to mean something, not all of them do...

I hope this may help someone else.

You're right, some of those touches dont mean anything. I was beginning to get pretty jaded after all our touches, thinking we were never going to get NOA2. But it will get there! I hope they hurry up for your sake, I know it's nerve-wracking being jerked around by their user-hostile customer service.
