my pd dec 2004 from india in f3 category.now how much time waiting to me for issuing visa.my case is approved and now in nvc.please answer to me.us govt passed a new rule for illegal immigrant those are already styed in us.now us govt given to visa those peple in short time and may be that type peple 10 lac those are illegal immigrant.i think when 10 lac application removed from backlog mean fast movment in all family preference category.please given your suggestion

F3 Category: They are currently processing June 2002 PD application. You may still have to wait for around 2 years.
