Good thing you scanned it, but if like me, maybe you left your original in the scanner, I am always to that. N-445 is a black and white document, no signatures nor stamps on it. my wife's N-445 was emailed to her, loaded with smudges and a low res scan, they said print it out and bring that in. I feel you should be okay.

Okay to fill it out, but you should sign it in front of an officer, seems strange to me, you don't sign your certificate in front of an officer. In that spot where you print in the location of your oath ceremony, we printed in Bloomington, MN, even though they call it the St. Paul's field office. It was my job to stay alive until after my wife got her certificate, then it was okay if if kicked the bucket.

I scanned a beautiful colored copy of my wife's certificate for SS they didn't want that, copied their own on a filthy copying machine. Whatever turns them on.
