It seems like there could be more? I don't know what per say. Are you adding photos, utility bills, a copy of your 401k showing each as the beneficiary?

Have you taken any vacations? Have children together? It just seems like a lot of it is financial without any other things added in there for the 'relationship' aspect. I could be way off the marker here and I know mingling of finances is a really good thing, but I can't help but think so is the personal aspects like vacations (staycations), photos at events, things that provide 'togetherness'. Again I could be wrong and if I am someone please correct me.

Here's mine if it helps:

IDENTIFICATION

• Copy of Passport for Amanda

• Copy of New York State Drivers License for Amanda

• Copy of New York State Drivers License for Paul

RESIDENCE

• Copy of rental agreement

FINANCE

• Copy of 2011 federal tax transcript showing filing status as “Married” for 2011.

• Copy of Paul 401k listing Amanda as beneficiary

• Copy of Homeowners Insurance Bill addressed to both Paul and Amanda B.

• Copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership.

• Copy of various Bank statements showing a joint account at NBT Bank.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

• Copy of Fertility treatments with Paul and Amanda.

• Copy of Positive Pregnancy Blood test (resulting in our 3rd medically documented Miscarriage at 8 weeks)

• Copy of Ultrasound from pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage

• A copy of our hotel reservations for our 3rd wedding anniversary vacation we took to Montreal, Canada in April of 2012.

CanadiaGirl is right -- you should have some more evidence showing joint domicile, and evidence of a functioning marriage. The financial evidence is very important, but you should probably round it out with more...and in this case, affidavits might be a good idea.

Married: 07-03-09

I-130 filed: 08-11-09

NOA1: 09-04-09

NOA2: 10-01-09

NVC received: 10-14-09

Opted In to Electronic Processing: 10-19-09

Case complete @ NVC: 11-13-09

Interview assigned: 01-22-10 (70 days between case complete and interview assignment)

Medical in Vancouver: 01-28-10

Interview @ Montreal: 03-05-10 -- APPROVED!

POE @ Blaine (Pacific Highway): 03-10-10

3000 mile drive from Vancouver to DC: 03-10-10 to 3-12-10

Green card received: 04-02-10

SSN received: 04-07-10

------------------------------------------

Mailed I-751: 12-27-11

Arrived at USCIS: 12-29-11

I-751 NOA1: 12-30-11 Check cashed: 01-04-12

Biometrics: 02-24-12

10-year GC finally approved: 12-20-12

Received 10-year GC: 01-10-13

------------------------------------------

Better to be very overprepared than even slightly underprepared!

I agree with you. We don't have kids yet and I'm always so busy so we didn't get to get vacation but we go out once or twice a week with our friends. I can get our friends to do affidavits for Conditions Removal and maybe some photos
