NVC received DS-3032 or not??

My mom send DS-3032 to NVC via e-mail on Jan 1st 2013. Today my mom call me said NVC e-mail and post like this

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the

immigrant visa petition: BNK2012xxxx filed by (myname)

on behalf of (my mom name)

To continue processing your immigrant visa case, you will need to

designate an agent by completing form DS-3032 (Choice of Address and

Agent). Upon receipt of the Ds-3032, we will send instructions for

paying the immigrant visa application fee. All future correspondence

will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

If the principal applicant is under the age of sixteen, the principal

applicant's parent or guardian may sign the form DS-3032.

Please email the completed form DS-3032 to NVCInquiry@state.gov, or you

may also submit the form by mail to the address below:

National Visa Center

ATTN: ACL

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200

Portsmouth NH 03801-2915

for answers to frequently asked questions, or to obtain form DS-3032,

I don't know NVC received DS-3032 already??? or NVC need my mom to re-send DS-3032 again???

How can I know NVC received it already? and this case my mom can re-send it back to NVC with mail to Portsmouth NH, for sure more than send via e-mail??

hi we have same case i send signed DS-3032 and confirming that i will be the agent last dec. 13, and they received it last dec 17, 2012 as per LBC information and yet no response from nvc, so i decided to send an email to nvc last jan 08, 2013.to asked them if they received my ds-3032 or not...no response yet. this is the email add. that i use to send email nvcinquiry.state.gov ifyou have another email add.please let me know. thanks and godbless!

by the way did your mom signed the DS-3032 based on the information from vj, the form should signed..and mail it to nvc address below.
