hi, when nvc received aos if the income and taxes are not enough they ask for co sponsor or they send aos to originl consulate of the beneficiary and consular officer review aos and decide if they enough to take decision

i mean if nvc complete case that mean aos and all taxes are enough to support beneficiary ?

The NVC makes a preliminary determination if the AOS is sufficient. If it is clear that the petitioner does not enough, then the NVC will send out a RFE. The final decision comes from the US Embassy. If your AOS somehow slips through the NVC, the US Embassy can still reject it and ask for a Joint Sponsor.

Just because the NVC sends the AOS to the US Embassy, it does not mean that is it good. The US Embassy can still reject the AOS for being insufficient.

You will be given an opportunity to fix the problem. If you don't fix it, then the case will be denied. You will be given the chance to get a co sponsor.
