Hey thanks to all who take their time to come here and assit those of us who have questions and or need some help

I am stuck waiting on the state of Calf for my divorce certificate and we are short on time to a degree, should I apply (K-1)and provide the divorce cert at a later date.

How long ago did you get a divorce? Sorry I had to edit my response. If you were divorced long ago, then you will get an rfe and who knows how much time it will add to your petition. If you are newly divorced, you need to make sure there is not a waiting period because you could get denied if you file too soon.

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.
