I have been in Texas on business for 2 months( Sept-Oct) in 2012. I am now (Jan 2013) moved to Texas for good.

1. Do I still have to wait 3 months to apply for Citizenship?

2. Does my 2 months stay in Texas count towards accumilative 3 months in Texas to apply in a month?

Thank you.

Your official move date counts. When did you update your AR-11?

You say you have "moved to Texas for good". That does not tell us what visa are you on, did you leave in 2012 and return in 2013 ?

May be I do not know the context of your question but it will help if you provide more information.

Just re-reading your question.

You must have moved to and lived in the same state for at least 90 days prior to your application. So it is a 90-day window prior to your application. Previous visits or stays in the state do not count. Look at your official move date to the state, add 90 days, and then apply.
