I've send my package yesterday and I realize i did a big mistake, I check B on the form I-485, but is A because I'm a tourist VWP and get married after 90 days and apply a AOS.

Do you think I have to write a letter with the form I-485 check A and explain I do a mistake or I have to wait they send me RFE? I would like to correct this mistake before they'll deny my package.

I forgot the copy of the stamp on my passport to prove the day I arrived and the day Departure, and the Employement Certificate of my sponsor.

Please Help Me

You have to wait for an RFE (if it comes; they might just make the change by themselves or let you correct it at the interview). Don't send anything unsolicited, that will just confuse everything.

Spouse-based AOS from out-of-status H-1B, May - Aug 2012

Removal of conditions, Aug - Nov 2014
