K1 Approved in New delhi Embassy but DOS says in Admin processing???

Timeline

Hi

I am USC petetioner and joined an interview for K1 visa at new delhi embassy on December 13th 2012.

We were asked few quetions then CO said we are approved and return our all the proofs of relationship documents.

We were given the booklet saying welcome to USA.

After that i am not able to get track his passport at all.

We were told in embassy that we will get his passport deliver with in 10 days.

I came back to US and called DOS they said we are in AP..

I am confused..

i emailed new delhi support people no reply in last 5 days.

Any idea what is going on?
