So, on December 7th we got a letter saying that USCIS recieved our new evidence (which was my passport pictures and information i have already submitted, guess they lost it) Some people have told me that we can wait a response in a few weeks but i have seen that Vermont Service Center takes forever to do something and i have read that it could take like six months even thou letter says we should be having a desition in two months... Im very confuse and now we cant plan anything... It is suppossed to be a 6-8 months process and we are 7 now :crying: . Is any one of you have had this same experience? :help:

Please let me know.

Regards.

Claudia.

Hi, we send it a week after they asked us for new evidence and then five days later they send us an email saying that they received the new evidence and that in 60 days we would have an answer. We are just scared that it could take more time than 60 days

Stop reading. Stop checking. If what you sent was enough, you will be approved. You will get a letter telling you that. Everything you are doing so far is correct.

It may take longer than what you have read, there is no "supposed to be" about it.

This is a forum for sharing ideas, providing precise/concise advice, sharing experiences, encouraging one another, lifting up people who we have never met but yet going through the SAME frustrating process we are going through or which we have just scaled through; it is NOT a place to be talking down to people! There is no need for talking down people or being sarcastic if you genuinely want to help and are sympathetic to their frustration(s) of the process!
